Rise Above Mental Health, LLC offers a range of specialized mental health services in Windham, ME. My approach focuses on providing evaluation and management of mental health issues with psychotherapy and medication management in private practice. For your convenience I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments based on patient and provider availability. 

Intake Appointment:

• 1 hour session - $250 for private pay (due that the time of service)
• Currently accepting MaineCare (Medicaid) 
• Not accepting Medicare or Private insurance at this time.
• A superbill can be provided upon request to be submitted to your private insurer to request reimbursement. 

Follow-up Medication Management appointments:

• $150 for private pay (due at the time of services)
• Currently accepting MaineCare (Medicaid)
• Not accepting Medicare or Private insurance at this time.
